About Hersh Kline
Hersh Kline holds an M.A. in Counselling Psychology and is registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. He has been a counsellor for over 20 years and has advanced training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and intensive training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. He also draws on Strength-based Therapies, such as Possibility Therapy.
Hersh has a keen interest in the strength of the human spirit, and in our ability to navigate through difficult experiences. He takes a practical and encouraging approach to resolving life’s challenges.
Hersh helps individuals, couples, and families with:

- emotional dysregulation
- life meaning and fulfillment
- crisis and change (such as COVID-19)
Models of therapy
Hersh has studied various forms of therapy over the years. Although they are all fascinating and helpful, these days his therapy is mostly informed by the following methods:
